Luke Berg

Founder & Managing Partner

Luke is the founder & Managing Partner of Ocean Cliff Partners. He was previously a private equity investment professional at H.I.G. Capital, with a focus on buyout opportunities across the industrial services, business services, and healthcare sectors. Luke began his career in leveraged finance investment banking at Deutsche Bank. Luke holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Evan Brovender

Founder & Managing Partner

Evan is the founder & Managing Partner of Ocean Cliff Partners. He was previously an investment professional at RedBird Capital Partners, Veritas Capital, and The Jordan Company, working with a focus on buyout opportunities across the business services, technology, healthcare, and education sectors. Evan began his career in investment banking at Barclays. Evan holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, where he graduated Cum Laude and played Varsity Football for the Big Red.
